Although I can no longer hear your voice I find myself coming back to this site daily as though you're still here Even though you've gone the values you've left with us shall forever remain. You had undeniable strength. When Dad passed ,then John, and mostly when at 88 you had major surgery and were up walking the next morning like a trooper. You even amazed the doctor. I am so glad I got to spend the last months with you, but could see your strength was failing and you were becoming tired. Your mission on earth was coming to an end. A job well done! You instilled values and principles that will forever endure .You taught me to always have faith in God. No matter what life throws at us he will always be there to guide and protect. You also taught me to be strong and forgiving ,and most important you taught me the value of family togetherness. Family and God should be first priority in life above all else and we should remain by each others side through the good and the bad .I will always remember these things and hopefully someday will once again be by your side when my mission on earth is done

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. 2Cor.1:3,4

I only knew Maria for a short time, but she was a joy to know. Always smiling and you could see Jesus in her eyes. I enjoyed my visits with Maria as I shared The Eucharist with her.
    She is in my prayers.

Mom, my heart is broken. I miss you so much. Yet I know your journey into heaven will be fast. Your alter is lit and I pray God give me strength to go on without you. Just as your own Mother has waited to greet you I know that you are there waiting for me. God help and bless us all.

Mom, you were the best Mom anyone ever had. You were also my best friend. You were always bright and cheerful never letting on that you were not well. There was always a happy sound in your voice, you had such a beautiful and positive attitude about everything. I miss you so much. Someday we will be together again.

Im going to miss you so much Gramma. You have taught me so many things over my lifetime. I will always cherish those days when I lived with you in Laredo and at the beginning of each month we spent the day going shopping, eating and just hanging out...being not only grandmother and grand daughter, but also best friends. You were always there for me no matter what. Im going to miss the way you said "KRISSY" everytime we talked. Watching you and the strong faith you had in God, has helped me become closer to him myself. My heart is heavy and I will always miss you, but Im keeping in mind that you are ok now....your in a better place than we are. And I know you will be watching down on me, watching over me, just as you always did when you were here with me. God rest your soul Gramma.....until we meet again. I know when my time comes, you, grandpa and Uncle John will be there waiting for me with open arms to welcome me home. I love you with all my heart...always have and forever will.

R.I.P Grandma We will always love and miss you with all our hearts. And we have lots of great memories. 1 that always stands out in my mind during Thanksgiving is how you made the turkey dance for us kids. Your house always smelled of the great food you enjoyed cooking and a warmth that will never be replaced. I am so grateful for the time my boys had with you and we had with you while here in Ohio. You taught us all how to be stronge adults. And I am thankful for the time you taught us how to make tamales. That tradition will be passed on from generation to generation for sure. We know you are smiling down on us all standing next to grandpa and Uncle John. Also thanks for passing on your faith. Love you grandma
