She went to work for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company on June 4, 1973, and retired after 30 years of exemplary service on September 4, 2003. Billie was married to Michael James (Mike) Musselwhite on July 17, 1976, and they had a son, James Michael (Jim) Musselwhite, born December 8, 1988. Billie is survived by her husband Mike, her son Jim. Billie was loved by many more than just Mike and Jimmy. Here is a list of but a few. She was special in some way to all of us here. But the point was that her life was lived fully, and it was a good life. She loves so much watching The Houston Texans. Her brother Thomas was a big fan of the Titans, and there was always a competition of their team winning. Mike was caregiver to Billie from beginning of her troubles with Diabetes starting in 1982, standing by her until the end, through the good and the bad. Their immediate family, aunts, cousins, nieces and close friends were there by Mike side also to help with all of the hospitals care.
