Angel Rafael Orta-Negrin passed away on August 16, 2012. He is survived by his children, Carmen D. Martinez and Angel “Papo” Orta, grandchildren, Jassiria Cardenas (Noe Cardenas), Jessika Martinez (John Rivera), Jesselyn Torres (Ricardo Torres), Jessenia Vasquez, Angel Omar Cruz, Angel Omar Orta, and Alexis “Alex” Orta, great-grandchildren, Julian Angel Martinez, Jeremiah Gutierrez, Julissa Nicole Lopez, Noe Cardenas Jr., Jayleen Marie Cardenas, Jazlyn Selena Torres, Ricardo Torres Jr., and Jaylin Espada, and his sister, Ana Luisa Fonseca. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 from 5 PM to 8 PM. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 22, 2012 at 12 o’clock in the afternoon at Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Houston National Cemetery at 2:30 in the afternoon.
